About Barbara Laureyns A Berkshire native, Barbara graduated from Our Lady of the Elms and worked at Berkshire Medical Center. Her holistic journey began in the summer of 2000 with an introduction to yoga. Recently, Barbara’s husband bought her a biofeedback device and the journey continues. Having completed training for biofeedback Certification and a spiritual healer’s license, Barbara would love the opportunity to share with you the gifts she has learned. She and her husband live in Pittsfield with their 5 children; 2 older children live in Florida. As of Sept 13th I'm a new Nanny my step daughter Kaci had a baby boy Liam. congrats!
Why Would You Do Biofeedback?
Biofeedback has been scientifically proven to help reduce stress and hypertensionthat may be related to illness, injury or emotional trauma. It also can result in an overall improved sense of well-being, greater mental clarity, pain reduction and improved physical performance.

How Does It Work?
It works through straps that wrap around your wrist, ankles and forehead. A quick three minutes’ training is performed energetically, and the results are fed into the computer software. -is provides the Practitioner with information about the state of energy and stress(es) most prevalent in the body at that time.
